2025 Firework control zones
There were nine areas in the city where it was illegal to set off fireworks, even on private property, between 31 October and 9 November 2025.

- Corstorphine
- Gracemount
- Longstone
- Moredun
- Niddrie*
- Seafield*
- Sighthill.
* Two year firework control zone awarded in 2025 so will be in place for 2026.
