4-week antenatal course for expectant parents (from 16 weeks+). Topics covered include getting to know your baby and how to care for them, becoming a parent and support networks, early brain development and attachment and the fourth trimester (what do the first three months look like for you and baby. It is encouraged to bring someone with you - this can be a partner, a friend, a family member, anyone that will be supporting you.
